Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy, allowing you 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Custmerservice@BYMartel.com  . If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges
For the fastest way to get what you want, please return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
